Reservations for the Hershey Hotel can only be made after registering for the meeting.

  • Commissioner / Staff rate is inclusive of room and state, local and hotel taxes, breakfast and dinner and associated meal gratuities and taxes, parking and internet. Rate is $350 per night.

 

  • All Others rate is inclusive of room and state, local and hotel taxes, breakfast and dinner and associated meal gratuities and taxes, parking and internet. Rate is $494 per night.

Please note the meal package is for the MACRUC Registrant Only staying in rooms with the rates listed above.

Guest meals are on own/a la carte.

Dinner Reservation Instructions 

Registrants staying at the Hershey Hotel in the MACRUC room block have dinner included in their room rate. Dinner can be taken on Sunday and Monday nights at the restaurants listed below. Tuesday’s dinner is with the group at the MACRUC Installation Dinner/Cookout.

If you are NOT staying in the Hotel Hershey, you can still register  yourself and guests for the Tuesday Installation Dinner for an additional fee. 

 Breakfast will be held daily in The Circular from 6:45 am – 10:30 am Monday through Wednesday. Open seating.

Attire for The Circular for Dinner:

Resort casual for dinner.  Jeans are allowed as long as they are not faded or torn, collared shirts for gentlemen.  No Sneakers or Shorts.
