The MACRUC Block at the Hilton Columbus Downtown is now sold out. Reservations made outside of the MACRUC group block are subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates. Please note that MACRUC is unable to adjust or modify rates for reservations booked outside of the designated block.

Attendees are encouraged to book accommodations through the hotel chain website of their choice or via a travel booking website. Please note that MACRUC does not have agreements, reserved room blocks, or confirmed rates with any additional hotels

  • Hyatt Regency Columbus — About 1 block south and connected to the convention center.

  • Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown — Roughly 2 blocks north, across from North Market and adjacent to the convention center district.

  • Canopy By Hilton Columbus Downtown Short North — About 2–3 blocks east, near Nationwide Boulevard and the Arena District.

  • The Lofts — Boutique hotel about 2 blocks away in the Arena District.

A link to reserve a room at the Hilton Columbus Downtown, at the MACRUC rate,  will be included in the registration confirmation. Room rate is $239 plus applicable taxes.

NOTE: Be wary of travel scams. If anyone claiming to be associated with a travel agency and/or “convention housing” contacts you with an offer to book a hotel room for this event, do NOT provide your contact or payment information. This is a scam. MACRUC does not contract with such firms. In some cases, these companies falsely claim to be the official housing bureau or room representative for MACRUC. We have NOT contracted with any company to serve as our representative. If the headquarters hotel sells out – overflow hotels and information will be noted on our website.

Fraudulent Housing Emails

Please beware of fraudulent emails offering hotel rooms for the MACRUC Annual Education Conference. These messages are not from MACRUC

  • Ignore and delete them.
  • Do not book rooms through third-party vendors.
  • Official hotel booking links are only provided in your MACRUC registration confirmation email.
