Cancellation and Substitutions

If unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, you must submit a cancellation request via email to macruc@macruc.org by June 5, 2026. If canceled by the June 5 deadline, a refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be provided following the conference. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. 

Individuals who fail to attend the conference (no-shows) will not be entitled to a refund and are responsible for the full registration fee. Cancellation refund requests due to medical emergencies must include documentation. Registration fees are non-transferrable to a future MACRUC conference. Note: to cancel or ask accounting questions, email macruc@macruc.org. Unauthorized use of a coupon code will result in the cancellation of your registration.

Credentialed media are complimentary for the meeting portion. Registration for reception and dinner must be made on the Guest Registration site.
