Onsite registration will be available on Sunday, June 21 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
Registration will be located next to the reception area in the Garden Room

Deadline for pre-registration is Friday, June 12. After this date, registrations must be processed onsite at the commencement of the meeting. No faxes or emails will be accepted after this date. You may register on-site at the conference hotel beginning on Sunday, June 21 at 4 p.m. The registration process is easy, bring a business and credit card to expedite the process.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Written request received by 5pm on Friday June 12 will be honored (less a $95 processing fee). Payment of refunded amount will be made following the Annual meeting. Medical emergencies and cancellation refund request will be approved if documentation of medical emergencies or curtailment of transportation services is provided. Telephone cancellations will not be eligible for refunds. If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel (by June 12), you are still responsible for the full registration fee. To cancel, make substitutions or ask accounting questions contact Wendy Harris at firstname.lastname@example.org. After June 12, all substitutions and changes will be processed onsite at the conference registration desk during business hours. Unauthorized use of a promo code will result in cancellation of registration.
Credentialed media may cover this event at no charge. Reporters are encouraged to sign up for the event as soon as registration opens in order to ensure a room at the conference hotel.
