Cancellations and Substitutions
Written requests received by 5 pm on Wednesday, June 15, will be honored (less a $50 processing fee). Telephone cancellations are not accepted. If unable to attend registrant may substitute his/her participation with another member of the same organization. No onsite registrations or substitutions. Refund payments will be made following the Annual Education Conference. Medical emergencies and cancellation refund requests will be approved if documentation of medical emergencies or curtailment of transportation services is provided.
Note: If you register in advance and do not attend or cancel (by June 15), you are still responsible for the full registration fee. If you cannot attend the meeting in real-time, the registration allows you exclusive access to the content on-demand. To cancel or ask accounting questions, email Wendy Harris at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unauthorized use of a Promo Code will result in the cancellation of your registration.
