Cancellation and Substitutions

If unable to attend or secure a substitute from the same organization, you must submit a cancellation request via email to macruc@naruc.org by June 5, 2026. If canceled by the June 5 deadline, a refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be provided following the conference. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. 

Individuals who fail to attend the conference (no-shows) will not be entitled to a refund and are responsible for the full registration fee. Cancellation refund requests due to medical emergencies must include documentation. Registration fees are non-transferrable to a future MACRUC conference. Note: to cancel or ask accounting questions, email macruc@naruc.org. Unauthorized use of a coupon code will result in the cancellation of your registration.
